You can query the database to display resumes by a search filter – meaning you can ask it to display a resume by a certain name, location, department, job title, tracking level – or just have it display all resumes.
A list of results per your search inquiry will display showing the job title, location , department name, date applied and whether they passed or failed assigned knock out questions. To view the resume hit the binocular icon.
To move the resume to a different tracking level – select that level and hit the disk icon just to the right of the tracking menu.
The check mark will contain evaluation forms you can use to interview and evaluate the candidate. Once one of these forms is filled in and saved it will store with the resume. The Sigma symbol is where you can view all evaluation forms on file for this resume.
You can respond to the resume by hitting the yellow envelop icon. This will allow you to type in a custom message or choose, by pull down menu, from pre-established response letters. All communication to the candidate is saved and noted in the history section viewed by hitting the notepad icon.
The last icon allows you to forward a message via email to someone else inviting them to evaluate the candidate’s resume you are viewing.
Type in an email address and any comments in the comment box. The pre-assigned message that will be sent is Please go to http://www.lifecarejobboard.com and evaluate this candidate
