Position Title
HR Generalist/Recruiter
Description
General Summary: The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter performs a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential support services for the members of the HR Team at LifeCare Management Services (LMS) and at LifeCare Hospitals. This person will be responsible for supporting the compensation function, in addition to the recruiting.
Requirements
Experience: One to five years experience working in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Advertising environment. Previous experience in health care setting preferred, but not required.

Excellent writing and advanced power point skills highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills is a huge plus, as well as compensation survey experience. 1 year Recruiting Experience is a must!

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, public relations, advertising, or journalism a plus.
